Shipping Policy

SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are usually processed within 2-5 business days. Orders may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Due to complications regarding the COVID-19 virus orders may take 6-12 business days to process and ship. During periods of high demand, orders may take 7-14 days to process and ship.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

SHIPPING ADDRESS MISTAKES

Please double-check the address you are entering!

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for any shipping address discrepancies which include lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address information. If the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase we are not able to make any changes.

If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address.
